Pineapple pie....yumm! Hubby loves pie and I think this is one of his favorites. I helped him with the pie crust but he did the rest. This crust is wonderful...so easy and delicious. I think I found this on Martha's website too.one cup flour
1 stick butter-room temp
3 oz cream cheese-room temp
throw all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until mixed. Doesn't have to be chilled to work. Roll out like you would any other pie crust.
